Ep 27: His Banner Over Me
September 13, 2017 Christy Nockels

Today we’ll talk about how God can take even the smallest stirrings of our hearts and when we are faithful to sit with Him and listen and cultivate those stirrings, they can become a beautiful offering of His Kingdom coming to earth through us – displaying our “belovedness” to the world around us! Hear how the stirrings of my own life this past year have come together as an offering called “Be Held, Lullabies for the Beloved” and even hear the opening track called “His Banner Over Me is Love” – Enjoy!

Christy, thank you so much for being faithful to God’s call to do this Podcast. I started listening last year when you first started it and God used it so many times to minister deeply to my heart. Our family has recently been in a huge season of transtion as we brought home our adopted son from Ethiopia in August and I hadn’t been able to listen to the Podcast for a few months. But yesterday I went back and listened to this episode and to say it was God-ordained and orchestarted is an understatment. I cried through so much of it as the truths of my Belovedness were being spoken and brought awareness to the subtle lies the enemy has been whispering recently. Also just loving and being ministered to by the new album. So thankful for the Body of Christ and how each part strengthens the others. Thankful for sharing your part…the voice…which is so clearly annointed. Blessings to your continued ministry.

I can’t describe to you how much of a blessing these podcasts are to me. I find myself constantly referring back to this as I talk to others. And multiple times when I listen, I think of specific ladies in my life who could also benefit from hearing these words of truth. I also am thinking often I wish I had the transcript for this so that I could look back and read those words that you have beautifully written over and over again. I feel so many times that you are speaking right to me! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for following your heart and those stirrings to bring such a blessing to me and I know to so many others, too. And this September podcast applies just as much to me now as I sit here in January listening. Praise the Lord!
